Friday night is my weekly date with my husband. The celebration of the end of the weekly work days is important to us. So a picnic was planned. But first we had to stop at the Shugar Shack for my favorite treat, A Salty Dog. This huge hunk of caramel was dipped in milk chocolate (Dark Chocolate is available also) and sprinkled with chunks of salt. Mmmmmmm! Just the smells brought a smile to my face. Chocolate!

cked us tuna fish sandwiches and Non-Diet Pepsi and we found a bench by Lake Coeur d' Alene where we could watch the airplane take off and land on the water, the children laying on the beach and the cute guys playing baseball in the nearby park. Perfection!We celebrated the end of the snow and rain as we were smiled upon by the sun. I hope you have a phenomenal weekend. I will meet you back here on Monday. Ciao!
